Flags - Why can I see flags that are not Canadian?

GGPoker.ca allocates each player a flag based on their chosen nation when filling out the 'Citizenship' field in their details.

This may not necessarily be 'Canada' as Ontario is a diverse province, and GGPoker.ca welcomes players from all over the globe who are located within Ontario
